The role holder will be accountable for the calculation & analysis of MRO Sales & Margin Reporting, standard cost computation and all Financial PBI and KPI's that support the Controlling Team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: MRO - Maintenance Repair and Overhaul • MRO Valuation Type & Costing Review • Conduct Sales & Standard margin analysis versus Forecast & Budget Explanation of variances (Volume, Mix, Sales Price) • Respond to & assist Ad Hoc Cost Queries (New Materials) from the business (CUU/TWB/SRQ) • SAP Data Cleansing and review for MRO Plants (x2 in Power Americas), Create and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures used in daily standard work and within Internal Control OE - Original Equipment • Respond to & assist Ad Hoc Cost Queries (New Materials) from the business (CUU/TWB/SRQ) • Support the Head of Controlling in completing the Annual Standard Cost Roll calculation for all Sites. Reviewing the SAP ERP input on Material Cost, Bill of Materials and Routing's • Support Year End Physical Inventory & Monthly Cycle Counting Process Month End & General • Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental programs and culture • PBI Reporting – Head Count, ROFO Load, Daily Sales, Inv ROFO - Own the Finance PBI Portal Input • Load HC and Basic Info in the Efficiency & Productivity Calc • Review Inter Company extracts and liaise with Sister Sites others on Costing • Support Month End Tasks and simple JE's Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
