    Goodyear Lawton is currently seeking Production Associates. Our production workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in various machine operations.

     

    + **Starting Range** – $20.24-22.85/hr

    + **Shift Differential** – Rotating Bonus $0.75

    + **Wage progression** - start at 70% of the rate and increase 10% every 6 months until at full rate.

    + **General Wage increase.** This is looked at twice per year but is not guaranteed.

     

    General ** **Description: 

     

    As a Production Associate, you will gain hands-on experience producing high-quality products in one of Goodyear's manufacturing plants.  You will also become familiar with safety, quality, and how to be successful in a team environment.  We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours; apply today!

    Requirements to become a successful candidate are:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Successful completion of a background check & drug test.

    + Successful completion of pre-employment assessment.

    + Job specific physical work capabilities exercises.

    + Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

    + Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations

    + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.

    + Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experience

    + Previous experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plant

    + Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing

    + Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards
