    Responsible for optimizing and managing the supply chain processes related to meet the common objectives of Micron’s products, projects, and programs. Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Enhance efficiency and reduce costs by refining supply chain processes. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and minimize excess. Manage scheduling and sequencing of both onsite and offsite activities. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the plan. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants. Align capacity and material plans with timelines. Manage risks associated with supply chain activities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all supply chain operations. Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management. Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations. Up to 10% domestic travel required.

     

    Management, or related field. Position requires education or experience in:

     

    1. Planning and supply chain principles, including logistics, procurement, and inventory management;

    2. Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement;

    3. Optimizing processes and managing projects, including scheduling, sequencing, and risk management;

    4. Supply chain management software and tools, including ERP systems, SAP, or similar platforms;

    5. Monitoring inventory levels, adjusting plans and strategies based on changing requirements.
