Role Overview The Digital Farming Platform Lead is responsible for setting the global strategy, investment direction, and operational execution of Corteva’s Digital Farming Platform. This leader will drive the digital pipeline, manage capital and operating budgets, and ensure strategic alignment with commercial teams and stakeholders worldwide. The role is accountable for maximizing the value of digital investments and delivering integrated solutions powered by data, predictive models, and decision science. What You'll Do + Strategic Leadership: Establish the priorities and direction of the global digital farming pipeline over a multiple-year time horizon, ensuring alignment with commercial teams and key stakeholders. + Value Frameworks: Develop and oversee frameworks to quantify, track, and communicate the value of all digital farming investments. + Resource Management: Strategically develop, monitor, and optimize resource investments, including CapEx submissions and operating budgets. + Portfolio Oversight: Guide investments and cross-prioritize projects in partnership with other Platform Leads supporting R&D, using a product-centered approach to unlock business value. + Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting the digital farming pipeline, fostering innovation and accountability. + Delivery Excellence: Develop strong partnerships with other leaders to ensure on-time delivery of systems, software, and models that meet or exceed expectations. + Analytics & Impact: Provide analytics to demonstrate the quality and value of digital solutions. + Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate concepts, project status, results, and business opportunities to leadership, stakeholders, and external partners. + Leadership Team Participation: Serve as a member of the Farming Solutions & Digital (FS&D) Leadership Team, actively engaging with peers to implement strategy and deliver programs. What Skills You Need: + Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, MS/PhD with 12+ years. + Demonstrated track record of strategic leadership and delivering results in digital agriculture, R&D, or commercial settings. + Experience managing global teams, investments, and complex stakeholder environments. + Strong skills and expertise in leveraging data science, analytics, and AI/ML technologies. + Experience with digital solutions, software development, and mobile/web product delivery. + Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations and drive alignment without direct authority. + Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. + Experience in the agriculture industry preferred.
