This person will work closely with other IPS personnel to track, maintain and status Government Assets in a government database as well as organic data tools. _This is a fully onsite position and can sit at either the Cedar Rapids, IA or Atlanta, GA site._ WHAT YOU WILL DO: + Enters customer data into databases to maintain up-to-date records in order to meet internal and external requirements and metrics. + Analyzes and compiles customer data for business planning, sales forecasting purposes and product quality measures. + Collects data on customer problems and corrective procedures that will be used as resource for customer problem resolution. + Uses computer software programs to accurately compile customer data. + Conducts analysis on data to support customer requirements. + Generates reports regarding customer assets and inventory. + Tracks data related to customer orders and activities. + Creates and maintains internal and external databases. + Performs data analytics and forecasting in customer asset management. + Notifies other key personnel of data trends or anomalies for improvement of quality. + Minimizes risk by maintaining data and reports in a proactive and collaborative manner. + Manages Customer Owned Property for programs. + Manages developmental equipment through repair/upgrade process. + SAP data entry. + Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE: + Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER: + Knowledge of SAP is preferred. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
