Raytheon is seeking a supplier performance professional to join the Supply Chain team. The selected individual will be responsible for managing and monitoring 3rd party service suppliers under the 3rd party solutions team (3PS).
The 3rd Party Service professional oversees external service providers responsible for procurement and delivery assurance activities. This role ensures that third-party partners meet contractual, quality, schedule, and performance requirements in alignment with company objectives. The professional serves as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external providers, driving accountability, compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
What You Will Do:
+ Supplier Oversight: Manage, train, and monitor third-party service providers performing procurement and delivery assurance activities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, KPI's, and service-level agreements in support of U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.
+ Performance Management: Track, evaluate, and report provider performance metrics, including cycle time, on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
+ Issue Resolution: Lead resolution of escalations, delivery delays, and quality issues, coordinating between internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
+ Contract and Compliance Management: Ensure providers operate in accordance with company policies, procurement regulations, export controls, and data protection standards.
+ Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison with external service provider leadership, fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
+ Risk Management: Assess and mitigate supply chain and delivery risks associated with third-party performance.
+ Reporting and Governance: Develop and present regular performance summaries, risk assessments, and improvement plans to leadership.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management teams to align service provider activities with business needs and priorities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor’s degree with preferred majors in Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations or closely related business major.
+ This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional experience (excluding internships)
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

+ Location information: Remote
+ This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
