The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:
RTX has an opening for an **Associate Director,** **ERP SaaS Solutions Security Lead** (Associate Director, Cyber Leadership) position.
ERP SaaS Security Lead will have a wide knowledge of ERP solutions, covering both technical and functional security. Responsible for leading and driving the RTX Enterprise SaaS security design while leveraging the documented ERP security strategy; demonstrate a strong level of communication as well as the ability to drive business end user requirements while strategically leveraging SOX Compliance and Controls and knowledge around: SAP Application Security, Ariba, SAC Analytics Cloud, BDC Business Data Cloud and BTP.
**What You Will Do** :
• Design and integrate/implement ERP SaaS solution such as ARIBA, SAC, Serrala, Fieldglass etc with S/4HANA
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, or enterprise-wide deployment
• Work on complex compliance related problems where in-depth evaluation of security factors is required.
• Apply RTX policy to ensure adherence to documented processes and audit compliance
• Act as a liaison between Application Security, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.
• Participate and support Data Security controls for all SaaS applications and maintain needed compliance boundaries between data types.
Travel up to 25% - 40%
**Qualifications You Must Have** :
• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in SAP & GRC Compliance, Project Management, Process Improvement and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA security architecture and best practices.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and regulations.
**Qualifications You Prefer** :
• MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• An understanding of key Government requirements around DFARS/NIST
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including Ariba, Serrala, SAP Fieldglass, Concur, and other related ERP applications

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
