Key Responsibilities:
KBR is seeking an experienced Training and Exercise support Manager to assist with scheduling, maintaining records, and documenting/reporting training status for annual required training and coordinating SPACECENT support to Joint and international exercises. The selected individual will serve as part of a team consisting of operational military subject matter experts, knowledge managers, and network subject matter experts to advance United States Space Force - Central (SPACECENT) efforts in all areas of planning and information sharing across SPACECENT staff and international partners.
The Training/Exercise Support will maintain status and assist with scheduling and coordinating all required training while also supporting/coordinating training management activities for international partners and tasking status. Additional responsibilities include:1. Develop and maintain training tracking tools to ensure SPACECENT staff completes required training by suspense dates, report training status to government client, and maintain staff completion certificates.2. Work with SPACECENT and KBR Staff to develop and/or update training that can be shared with international partners and allies to ensure most updated versions are available for coalition/allied staff.3. Coordinate the distribution of shared training and track status. 4. Work with knowledge management staff to develop and maintain repositories that permit staff access to training and ensure regular updates are posted as appropriate.5. Assist with responding to taskers and tracking tasker status.6. Must be experienced working with classified data of disparate levels and compartments.7. Track, coordinate SPACECENT support and input, and attend various activities within the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC)

Qualifications:
Required:
+ An active Top Secret Clearance with Sensitive Comparted Information (SCI) eligibility is required.
+ Able to think creatively and function as part of a high-performing team.
+ Ability to coordinate with government and external contractor stakeholders to identify training requirements and execute training in a timely manner.
+ Ability to support the updating of training using the most up to date data available for international partners and ensure training is developed at the appropriate level of classification.
+ Expertise in developing inputs for exercise master scenario events list to support SPACECENT requirements.
+ Experience providing strong organizational and oral and written communication skills including preparing presentations and other visualization forms to communicate results and artifacts to varied audiences.
+ OSD, COCOM, Joint Staff and/or Service staff experience
+ Bachelor's Degree
Desired:
+ Experience leading, planning or supporting Combatant Command or Component Command level exercise program
+ Master's Degree in a relevant field of study
+ Graduate of a Military Senior Service College
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40hrs
Basic Compensation:
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
