             Introduction Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target markets • Advise clients on cloud strategy, migration and modernization, cloud native / serverless and adoption of Agentic AI solutions • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to architect tailored, client-centric solutions • Lead the full sales cycle, managing pipeline, proposals, forecasting, and signings through to delivery • Drive signings and revenue growth by positioning and promoting our Cloud Migration and Modernization Services • Participate in billable client engagements when not involved in bid/proposal or business development work Your role and responsibilities Associate Partner - GTM, Cloud Migration and Modernization ServicesWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Associate Partner to lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts in Cloud Migration and Modernization Services. In this strategic role, you will advise clients on strategy, innovation, and implementation of complex, cloud-based transformational solutions to drive greater efficiency and unlocking new business value. You will play a key role identifying new business opportunities, accelerating sales growth, and building strong client relationships to drive cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native development with a cloud-agnostic approach and accelerated by Agentic AI and Automation. Required technical and professional expertise Technical and Professional Expertise • Expertise in developing and closing deals for Cloud Migration and Modernization Services • Deep understanding of Agentic AI architectures, solutions, and their impact on modern enterprise workflows • Cloud-agnostic viewpoint with expertise in at least one leading hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) • Proven ability to design and deliver client centric, scalable transformation and modernization programs • Drive and provide solution based on "Asset led Accelerated Delivery (Including Agentic AI and Gen AI Assistants)" model • Ability to build a comprehensive cloud material and present to clients, based on IBM methods, assets, and accelerators • Define compelling value propositions, differentiators, and solution messaging for Business and IT stakeholders • Track record in building executive relationships and driving C-level conversations • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities • Ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet/exceed revenue targets Preferred technical and professional experience Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
