Job Description:
+ People Ops/Vendor Management Global Program Manager to drive scalable business transformation across People, Business, and Vendor Operations.
+ The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of operational excellence in complex, matrixed global environments — with a proven record of leveraging data, automation, and AI-driven insights to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
+ This role requires a strong balance of strategy and delivery — leading global initiatives that modernize processes, standardize systems, and optimize vendor and people operations for measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Delivery:
+ Lead end-to-end program development and execution to scale people and business operations globally, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Operational Excellence:
+ Streamline and automate workflows to enhance throughput, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen cross-functional alignment across global teams.
Data & Insights:
+ Design and implement reporting frameworks and analytics dashboards to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
AI & Automation:
+ Introduce and manage AI-powered tools and automation initiatives to modernize training, enablement, and process optimization.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
+ Oversee multi-vendor ecosystems — building governance models, managing SLAs, and driving performance through data-backed operational frameworks.
Enablement & Change Management:
+ Standardize and scale enablement programs leveraging user-centric design principles to ensure adoption and sustained performance.
Experience (Required):
+ Experience: 10+ years in Program Management, Operations, or Strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a global, matrixed organization (preferably in Tech, SaaS, or Enterprise Operations).
+ Expertise: Demonstrated experience optimizing people operations, vendor management, and process transformation initiatives.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong command of analytics, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
+ Technology Mindset: Proven success applying automation, AI, and digital tools to improve scalability and impact.
+ Leadership: Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience (Desired):
+ Advanced understanding of People Operations and Vendor Program Management
+ Vendor optimization initiatives improving delivery consistency and quality
+ Experience with global enablement systems and workflow automation tools
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Proficiency in data visualization and operational analytics (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets, SQL).
Education:
+ Bachelor's or degree in or a related field or equivalent work experience.
