We’re seeking a results-driven, accountability-minded Account and Loan Representative to empower our members to achieve financial success at our Hyde Park Branch. Your Role: As an Account and Loan Representative, you’ll play a dual role: providing personalized, high-quality service to members while actively identifying and pursuing new business. You’ll uncover member needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and take initiative to prospect, generate leads, and follow up — helping individuals achieve their goals while advancing TEG’s mission. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position, Monday – Saturday, but the schedule varies; you must have flexible availability. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): -3-5 years of experience in lending, personal banking, and/or financial services in a bank or credit union -Experience originating and/or closing loan applications is desired -Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills -Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired! -Must be available to work on Saturdays What You’ll Get (Perks & Benefits): -Competitive salary with bonus potential based on performance -Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance -401K with company match -Defined benefit plan (Pension) -Paid Time Off, and much more! What You’ll Do as the Account and Loan Representative (Responsibilities): -Open accounts for new and existing members, including loans, business accounts, certificates of deposit, and IRA's -Prepare loan applications and submit into centralized lender -Close loan applications – volume in excess of $100k per month -Respond to member requests and resolve member account problems -Effectively cross-sell credit union products and services -Build and maintain member relationships via follow‑up and outbound sales calls Pay: $20 - $24 / hour, plus eligible to receive incentives paid monthly of $5,000+ annually.
