    You will be the PAC 3 Sustainment Maintenance Analyst for the PAC 3 Sustainment Operations Team\. Our team safeguards the readiness of the PAC 3 missile family by managing global sustainment data, tracking shipments, and maintaining the integrity of regional databases\.

    What You Will Be Doing

    As the PAC 3 Sustainment Maintenance Analyst you will be responsible for delivering end to end sustainment support across multiple regions\. You’ll partner with Field Service Representatives, Program Managers, and International Program Managers to ensure every missile component—spares, repairs, orders, and inventory—is accurately recorded, scheduled, and delivered on time\.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    •Maintaining and updating region specific PAC 3 databases to guarantee data integrity\.

    •Monitoring and tracking worldwide missile shipments and recertification cycles\.

    •Managing spare parts, repair orders, inventory levels, and schedule updates\.

    •Updating and preserving FSR Continuity Books for seamless knowledge transfer\.

    •Providing timely sustainment status reports to stakeholders and leadership\.

    •Coordinating with Field Service Representatives and Program Managers to resolve data discrepancies\.

    •Leveraging Microsoft Office and Teams to create clear documentation and efficient workflows\.

    •Supporting ad hoc analyses and process improvement initiatives as needed\.

    This position is fully remote\.

     

    MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position requires a Final Secret security clearance\.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Active Secret security clearance

     

    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in field commensurate with assignment or equivalent Logistics and Sustainment Engineering experience

     

    Proven ability to work successfully across functional groups and with internal and external customers

     

    Proficient with Microsoft Office/TEAMS

     

    Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships

     

    Strong oral and written communication skills, and an ability to perform presentations in front of large groups

     

    Experience with PAC3 systems or similar complex defense systems

    Desired Skills:

    Experience in working with international partners

     

    Experience with PDEP database

    SAP/MRO experience

    Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate \(BOE\) development

    Experience working with International Trade Compliance \(ITC\)

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 \- $170,315\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 \- $150,765\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

    \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
