THE WORK
\- Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility\.
\- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions\.
\- Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements\.
\- Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project\. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling,

WHO YOU ARE
The selected candidate will be the Operations Program Manager leading multiple concurrent Clearwater Programs\. This position will be responsible for leading proposal efforts while managing manufacturing execution throughout the period of performance\. As part of this role the leader will be responsible but not limited to managing the baseline plan, capacity and resource analysis and the Cost Account Management \(CAM\) of the projects\. This position will be providing direction to a small team of Manufacturing Project Managers working various Clearwater projects\.

Basic Qualifications:
\-Strong Leadership skills with project oversight of multiple radar Production within the factory\.
\-5 years or more experience or significant familiarity with manufacturing processes and tools: MRP, Proposals, Manufacturing Readiness levels, Data Analytics, MES, Tableau, Materials and Earned Value Management, Configuration Management, etc\.
\-Strong presentations skills and Microsoft Suite expertise\.
\- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

\-Effective communication skills that will translate to various levels of the organization from production employees through executive leadership\.
\-In depth working knowledge of program management
\-Green Belt Certification
\-Strong leadership skills to lead Integrated Product Teams \(IPT\)

\-Visionary/ability to adapt to ever changing requirements
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
