Description: Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JJDC, Inc. is the corporate investment arm for J&J. JJDC uses equity investments and relationships with the private venture community to support innovation and create options in areas of strategic interest to JNJ. JJDC has locations in South San Francisco, Boston, London, Israel, and Asia Pacific. The Role The Sr. Administrative Assistant will support a total of 4 team members: two (2) VP, Venture Investors, two (2)principals and ad hoc office support as part of the Admin Team. Candidate must possess organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently, take initiative, anticipate demands, prioritize efficiently, and execute action items quickly and completely. This position is suited for an individual who enjoys a wide range of responsibilities. Responsibilities • Proactively provides complex screening, fielding, prioritizing of inbound communication via telephone and e-mail to resolve issues in a timely manner, must be able to interpret what is being asked with minimal follow-up. • Fully manages the calendar of team members • Coordinates detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning • Schedules multifaceted conference calls & meetings • Demonstrates a proven ability to research information, solve problems and coordinate projects • Maintains an advanced degree of confidentiality • Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties • Coordinates with Operations team, Investor, Outside stakeholders and Legal to ensure all required financing/legal documents are turned around in expected time frame (i.e., signature pages, CDA’s etc.) • Exercises sound business judgment • Always interacts in a professional manner as this role will regularly interface with external VIP’s, internal colleagues and leaders across Johnson & Johnson. • All other duties as assigned **Experience and competencies** : Skills in Office 365, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; web page navigation, Concur/Expense reporting applications, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams or other online engagement platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
