    **Job Title:** Warehouse Associate (Pick and Pack Worker)

    **Pay Rate:** $20 - $22.00/hr.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Basic math skills

    + Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

    + Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as needed

    + Experience operating warehousing equipment preferred

    + Ability to learn to operate a forklift

    + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

    + Related warehousing and distribution experience preferred

     

    Vaccination Requirement

     

    + Employment contingent upon documentation of full COVID-19 vaccination, unless prohibited by local/state laws

    + Must attest to vaccination status within 10 days of start date

    Responsibilities

    + Pick and pack goods accurately per pick ticket and customer guidelines

    + Load and unload deliveries of finished goods and raw materials

    + Store goods in designated warehouse sections

    + Operate forklift and other warehousing equipment as necessary

    + Process various transactions using warehouse management systems

    + Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisor/manager

    + Communicate via phone and email with operational groups as needed

    + Maintain acceptable productivity and accurate activity logs

    + Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene

    + Maintain clean work area

    + Perform other related duties as assigned
