    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Financial Advocate to support our team with essential front-end operations. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating scheduling, verifying insurance, and managing patient registration. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring accurate charge entry.     Responsibilities

    Responsible for receiving customer calls regarding patient bills and initiate phone contact/letters to patients with past due accounts to collect payment.

    Qualifications

    Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

     

    Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Medical Terminology preferred. Previous collection or hospital business office experience is preferred.
