We are seeking a skilled **Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist** with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. This role ensures adherence to cGMP standards, conducts quality inspections, and supports CAPA processes.

**Pay:** $21/hr

**Shift:** 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine quality checks and inspections

+ Initiate defect reports and support CAPA investigations

+ Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs

+ Train and support production teams on quality procedures

+ Halt production when necessary and drive corrective actions

+ Use SAP systems for inventory and quality tracking

+ Analyze KPIs and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications:

+ Experience in QA or compliance within manufacturing

+ Strong knowledge of cGMP and quality control

+ Proficient in SAP and root cause analysis

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
