    We are seeking a dedicated, licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care—including both clinical and distributive services—to patients served within our health system. You’ll collaborate closely with providers and clinic staff to support optimal patient outcomes and ensure safe, effective medication use.

    + Qualifications

     

    Education: B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent clinical experience. · Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred, · Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency desirable

     

    Experience: Proficiency in navigating the electronic medical record. · One or more years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred

     

    License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. Iowa Pharmacist license in good standing or eligible for licensure. Must attain a license to practice Pharmacy in Iowa within six months of employment. Must be directly supervised by a licensed pharmacist until Iowa Pharmacist license is obtained. Must maintain current license to practice pharmacy in Iowa and be in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners.
