CNC Operator** **CAM-drive

**Location:** Clearwater, FL 33765

**Pay:** $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday

**Shifts Available:** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **CNC Operator** to work with **screw machines and CAM-drive equipment** in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining multi-spindle or cam-driven machines to produce high-quality parts to specification.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and maintain **CNC and cam-driven screw machines**

+ Set up machines, perform tool changes, and make adjustments for optimal performance

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production orders

+ Conduct part inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards

+ Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in top condition

+ Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience operating **screw machines** or **cam-driven/CNC equipment**

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job instructions

+ Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Willingness to work any assigned shift
