    **RESPONSIBILITIES** :

     

    The Financial Analyst I, EHC, plays a key role in supporting the financial management and decision-making processes within the organization. This entry-level position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial goals are met.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.

    + Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

    + Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

    + Work closely with more senior financial analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial plans.

    + Extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data.

    + Assist in conducting cost-benefit analysis for various projects.

    + Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

    + Contribute to the development of financial models to simulate different scenarios.

    + Assist in analyzing the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives.

    + Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and management.

    + Document financial processes and procedures.

    + Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management.

    + Provide insights into specific financial issues or inquiries.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    + Bachelor's degree required.
