    Responsibilities

    Are you ready to make a big impact by recruiting top talent for manufacturing roles in our Post Consumer Brand plants? We’re looking for a seasoned, driven, and personable recruiter to partner with our manufacturing leaders and support critical functions such as Quality & Food Safety (QFS), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Engineering, and Operations across our plants in the U.S. and Canada.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization by attracting and hiring leaders and experts who drive operational excellence, safety, and innovation across our PCB plants.

    Role Overview

    + Partner with plant leaders and HR to understand business needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies for specialized manufacturing roles

    + Manage, prioritize, and close searches for roles in QFS, EHS, Engineering, Operations, and more, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience

    + Recruit passive candidates, understand their motivations, and present compelling opportunities that align with their career goals and our organizational needs

    + Build and maintain a network of manufacturing professionals through proactive market research, relationship management, and industry outreach

    + Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, recommend innovative strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

    + Articulate recruiting plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes

    + Use metrics to measure success and drive accountability

    + Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client relationships in a fast-paced setting

    Skills

    + Strong time management and organizational skills

    + Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

    + Must exhibit flexibility under pressure and demonstrated ability to produce results

    + Must have excellent relationship building and the desire to provide exceptional customer service

    + Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and administrative skills

    + Comprehensive business process and systems knowledge, and the ability to identify and implement best practices

    + Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance multiple critical tasks

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience

    + 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (manufacturing experience preferred)

    + Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms

    + Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand data flow and system interactions

    + Proven success working independently as well as collaboratively within team settings

    + Track record of delivering exceptional, responsive customer service in a business environment

    + Proactive work ethic with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks

    + Willingness and ability to travel as needed (less than 25%)

     

    The pay range for this position is $70,386 - $98,541 per year.
