Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

The Ann's Choice Community is hiring a flex/per diem Server to work our catered events (private, community events & meetings) across campus. This position is responsible for serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values. Events typically run 2 to 4 hours in length, with additional time for setup & breakdown.

+ Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age

+ Compensation: Starting at $17 and hour, $5 an hour weekend shift differential

How you will make an impact

+ Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert

+ Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences

+ Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy

+ Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

What you will need

+ Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol

+ Must be 18 years old.

+ Must be able to work weekends and holidays

+ Good communication skills
