Problem Integrity Operations aims to create a safe, inclusive environment for the people building community on our platforms by understanding the impacts of global and local trends and addressing and preventing negative experiences.We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead and inspire a team of Project Managers dedicated to mitigating real-world harm and safeguarding our community across high-impact consumer challenges. In this role, you will own end-to-end accountability for critical initiatives, shape strategic direction, and champion operational excellence. You will empower your team to achieve ambitious outcomes by fostering close collaboration with Meta’s product and engineering partners to deliver on key roadmap priorities. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, vision, and the ability to influence and navigate complex, cross-functional environments. Required Skills: Manager, Integrity Operations Responsibilities: 1. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of a broad and high performance team 2. Lead and enable a motivated team to deliver on goals by providing 1:1 support, and enabling scalable solutions for operations delivery 3. Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results 4. Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with a global cross-functional teams to problem solve and develop solutions 5. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 6. 8+ years of experience working in Business Operations, Management Consulting, Project Management or equivalent Product-focused teams 7. 2+ years of people management or leadership experience 8. Experience mentoring, coaching or guiding peers in a professional setting 9. Strategic decision maker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills 10. Experience managing high priority escalations and regulatory issues 11. Professional communication skills with demonstrated experience in clearly articulate goals, set expectations, provide constructive feedback, and effectively resolve conflicts Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 12.
