    BayCare is looking for its next Business Analyst – Revenue Cycle & Process Improvement! If you have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.

    What You’ll Do in This Role

    + Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.

    + Audit and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.

    + Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.

    + Document processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

    + Support major projects, process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and productivity analysis.

    + Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly expense reports.

    + Review vendor contracts and perform comparative analysis.

    + Deliver presentations and training to directors and VP-level stakeholders.

    + Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + **Education:**

    + Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience **OR**

    + Master’s degree in a related field with 2 years of Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience

    + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with large datasets.

    + Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred:

    + Finance background or experience with variance analysis.

    + Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
