    Director Environmental Services Summary:

    + Plans, directs and organizes activities of the Environmental Services and Linen Departments support functions.

    + Multiple functions include administration, budget, team resources, coaching and counseling, contract negotiations, product and vendor selection, customer service, quality assessments, process improvement, productivity, accountability, payroll, biomedical and solid waste, recycling, regulatory compliance and overseeing multiple site/hospital locations.

    + Ability to effectively communicate and interact with key customers and team members.

    + Establishes policies, procedures, goals and work standards. Ensures the needs of internal and external customers are met.

    + Maintains quality controls to ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education Requirements:

    + **Required:** High School Graduate or Equivalent GED

    + **Preferred:** Bachelors Degree

    Experience Requirements:

    + **Minimum 3 years** Environmental Services experience

    + **Minimum 3 years** Healthcare Management experience
