    **Title:** Patient Access Services Rep I

    **Facility:** Radiology Scheduling Call Center

     

    The Patient Access Service (PAS) Representative I position is located in our Radiology Scheduling Call Center, a call center facility that takes the incoming call from our patients looking to schedule their imaging and radiology appointments. This high-volume, fast paced position helps to service our many different outpatient imaging facilities across the Tampa Bay Region.

    In addition to taking the incoming calls, responsibilities can include:

    + **May be responsible for any of the following:** Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging

    + May be required to rotate shifts periodically

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Experience

    + 1 year Registration Preferred

    Shift Hours:** **M - F 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
