BayCare is looking for its next Revenue Management Analyst! If you have a strong foundation in finance or accounting and want to grow your career in healthcare revenue management, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do in This Role

+ Perform general revenue management duties in Reimbursement, Financial Analysis, General Accounting, and Decision Support.

+ Analyze and interpret financial data to support revenue strategies.

+ Prepare reports and documentation for reimbursement and accounting processes.

+ Assist with variance analysis and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.

+ Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and decision support initiatives.

+ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

+ **Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting** , **Finance** , or a related field

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

+ Experience in healthcare finance or reimbursement.

+ Familiarity with decision support systems and financial modeling.
