The **HR Administrative Generalist** plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR and office activities. Based in our Dallas, TX office, this position is responsible for a variety of administrative and front-office duties, including fingerprinting, data entry, maintaining HR records, managing office supplies and inventory, and providing overall support to HR processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits:
Depending on experience, Securitas will offer an hourly rate of $19.25 per hour plus a great benefit package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, including walk-in traffic.
2. Oversee the fingerprinting process for Securitas and external agencies.
3. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (digital and physical).
4. Provide general HR and office support, including uniform distribution and training coordination.
5. Track employee licensing records and renewals to ensure compliance.
6. Prepare and process onboarding documentation and HR correspondence.
7. Maintain HR databases and ensure all employee files are up to date.
8. Manage office supplies, inventory levels, and procurement.
9. Provide administrative support to HR and management as needed.
10. Assist with special projects, reporting, and employee communications.
Qualifications
+ Solid understanding of HR practices, procedures, and current labor/employment laws.
+ Able to function in a fast paced environment.
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of HR, customer service or administrative experience.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and SmartSheet.
+ Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment is strongly preferred.
