Expected salary range of $101,700 to $113,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position To assist in management and implementation of the Nuclear Security physical protection, fitness-for-duty, and access authorization programs. Also monitors performance of the site security force and serves as the designee for the Manager, Site Security Operations Primary Duties and Accountabilities + Security Operations Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations with the site and oversee site security force. Promote high standards of performance. Perform scorecards on security personnel. Coach/mentor Security Supervisors / Leads / Officers. Interface with outside agencies (Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Local Law Enforcement Agency (LLEA), Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), State Police). Provide oversight of training activities. Maintain qualifications for General Station Emergency Plan (GSEP) and backshift security management duties. Support force-on-force drills and exercises. Review Security Event Report (SER) database reports daily. Coordinate maintenance of security equipment with site Maintenance: Initiate and act as mentor/subject matter expert (SME) for Work Orders (WO)/Work Requests (WR) as necessary; Coordinate, review and prioritize WO/WR as necessary; and coordinate timely repairs of security equipment. + Corrective Action Program Coordinator (CAPCO) Responsibilities. Review and implement Corrective Actions Program (CAP) procedures. Oversee Passport / Action Tracking process Ensure Issue Reports (IR's) are initiated as appropriate. Track closure of Action Requests (AR's) and Action Tracking Item (ATI's). Conduct Supervisor Review of IRs. Perform reviews for IRs. Perform trend coding for IRs. Perform Common Cause Analysis (CCA's), Apparent Cause Evaluation (ACE's), and Root Cause (RC's) + Department Time Keeping Responsibilities. Oversight of Daily Shift Schedule Processes. Complete and submit timesheets to the business operations department. Ensures work hour regulatory compliance. + Perform common department responsibilities. Maintain performance indicator program documents. Act as main Performance Indicator (PI) steward for maintenance PI's and secondary steward for fitness for duty (FFD) and access authorization (AA). Schedule and Conduct Shift Management Review Meetings. Participate in site change management team. Perform housekeeping walk-downs. Report housekeeping issues at brief/debrief meetings. Close out housekeeping issues. + Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
