    At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $15.00 – $20.55, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

     

    Position Summary: Cafeteria Assistant, Nutritional Services Per Diem. Various Shifts Including Day, Weekends, and Holidays

     

    The Cafeteria Assistant performs a wide range of retail food service duties. Records all retail customer transactions through POS system, collects money and issues change. Displays customer service standards determined by management as necessary for the department's needs.

    Required:

    + Some High School Training

    + Food Service Experience

    + Must have good cash handling/cash register skills

    + Excellent customer service orientation and a friendly, personable, upbeat demeanor

    + Must be flexible and available to work on weekends and holidays as needed

    Preferred:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Food Handler Certificate or ServSafe Certification
