             JOB SUMMARY The order entry CSR will be responsible for accurately entering order information into the ERP system in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and familiar with ERP systems used in order processing and customer service workflows. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Enter post-sales customer orders into the ERP system with high accuracy and attention to detail. + Verify order information for completeness and resolve discrepancies before processing. + Communicate with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment timelines. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order transactions. + Monitor order status and proactively follow up on delays or issues. + Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, changes, or documentation. + Assist in generating order-related reports and documentation as needed. + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to order entry and post-sales processes. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred. + 1–3 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. + Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. Office and travel have moderate noise levels. Machine/Product demonstrations and customer visits can have loud noise levels. Noise levels may be extreme and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided, and usage is driven by customer requirements. Other required PPE includes, but is not limited to, steel toe boots, hardhat and safety glasses. Customer working environments can be extreme in regard to height, confined space, physical requirements and hazards.
