    Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Operator. This role involves operating CNC machines and secondary equipment, along with performing quality inspections as needed

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Proven expertise in accurately inspecting tools, determining which require replacement, assembling tools, and conducting precise measurements.

    + Solid understanding of blueprints and tolerances, including advanced print reading skills covering geometric tolerances, finish specifications, and exact positioning.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in operating the pre-setter, executing set-ups, and managing load/unload tasks efficiently.

    + Carry out all routine machine maintenance as mandated by TPM protocols.

    + Skilled in utilizing the DLOG system on machines to accurately record work stoppage codes.

    What We're Looking For

    + Must possess extensive technical knowledge in machining processes.

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Basic math proficiency is essential.

    + Capability to stand for prolonged periods is necessary. Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs is required

    + Experience in machining is preferred. Strong motor skills are important.Must read and write clearly and legibly.

    + The ability to work safely while wearing protective equipment is mandatory.
