About the Role Join our dynamic team as an Overspray General Manager , where you’ll manage the full lifecycle of automotive overspray remediation jobs—from initial client contact to project closeout. You’ll help with increasing sales and coordinating with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure every job is handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage Overspray job scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners. Coordinate daily operations, including overspray project management and personnel assignments. Identify new business opportunities to increase sales. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Complete contracts and agreements with major insurance and construction companies. Prepare and submit documents for accounting to invoice overspray assignments. Handle internal and external communications professionally. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in office software and basic data entry systems. Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
