In this role as our Administrative Officer 3 you will be responsible

for overseeing and reconciling daily department charges, charge accuracy and

timeliness, billing coordination, purchasing and a multitude of scheduling

operations. You will prepare financial and statistical reports, ensuring

compliance with hospital policies and supporting revenue integrity through

collaboration with CDM, purchasing and our budgeting teams. It is expected that

in this position you will manage procedure scheduling and departmental

communications with physicians, patients and vendors. You will also contribute

to performance improvement by collecting and analyzing data and recommending

process enhancements.

*This position is part-time with the possibility of future increase to full time based on operational needs. Increase in appointment is not guaranteed.*

Salary Range: $36.49 - $76.05 Hourly

Qualifications

+ At least 2 years experience working in an Invasive Cardiology setting - strongly preferred

+ Experience working in an acute inpatient healthcare environment - strongly preferred

+ Associate's Degree or Higher - preferred

+ EMPAC/Lawson experience - preferred

+ EPIC/CareConnect experience - preferred

+ Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite - preferred

+ Knowledge of Cardiology database programs
