**Position Purpose:** Oversees daily operations of the production control activities in an IT environment. Develops policies and procedures for ensuring the flow of data and operations between or within departments.

+ Manages daily operations of production control activities for systems software and hardware, data and applications

+ Partners with product teams to define, architect and implement tools to enhance availability, scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance of IT environment

+ Ensures capacity planning for IT environment and implements performance metrics and event-driven alerting

+ Provides advanced production support and maintain system management tools

+ Leads in the disaster recovery processes/exercises and ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out to maintain business continuity

+ Ensures that major revisions to applications in production are passed after thorough testing and proper documentation according to change management and software development life cycle

+ Recommends suitable software solutions and ideas for automating tasks of daily operations

+ Documents standard operating procedures and sharing frequent progress reports/ updates with required stakeholders

+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ Complies with all policies and standards

**Education/Experience:** A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

Pay Range: $73,800.00 - $132,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
