    * Remote based position anywhere in the United States, must be available to work Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST. Saturday rotation once every 6 - 8 weeks. Training is from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for 6 weeks. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is preferred.

    **Position Purpose:** Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues.

    + Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach

    + Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements

    + Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    + Complies with all policies and standards

    **Education/Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent.

     

    Pay Range: $15.58 - $26.73 per hour
