• Senior In-House Commercial Electrician

    DEKA Research & Development (Manchester, NH)


    We are seeking an experienced Senior In-House Commercial Electrician to support ongoing electrical projects and service within the historic Amoskeag Mills complex in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical systems and be comfortable working in a large, multi-use facility environment.

    How you will make an impact as a Commercial Electrician:

    + Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial electrical systems.

    + Work on fire alarm systems, Security camera & key card systems, HVAC controls, and high-low-voltage controls wiring.

    + Inspect, test, and repair electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

    + Collaborate with building maintenance, contractors, and facilities teams to plan and execute work efficiently.

    + Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and installations.

    + Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

    Skills you will need to be successful:

    + Minimum 20 years of commercial/industrial electrician experience.

    + Strong knowledge of:

    + fire alarm systems

    + security systems

    + HVAC control wiring

    + automation systems

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    + Experience working in the Amoskeag mill buildings preferred

    + Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
