    **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking an **Office Administrator (Level C)** to join the **Fabrication Team** **.** As an Office Administrator you will support multiple manufacturing sites in **Auburn, WA** **and** **Puyallup, WA** **.** This role will support Fabrication leaders across 3 business units: Skin and Spar, Composite Manufacturing and Engineering and will require travel between 3 office locations in the Auburn / Puyallup area.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines

    + Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and Boeing executives, including supporting visitor badging and parking requests

    + Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information

    + Prioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time

    + Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement

    + Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication

    + Coordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources

    + Order and maintain office supplies

    + Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources

    + Create, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointments

    + Manage employee recognition programs and activities

    + Provide guidance for less experienced employees

    + Work under limited supervision

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 4+ years’ experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports

    + 4+ years’ experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for senior level management

    + 4+ years’ experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities from multiple sources

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary Pay Range: **$67,200 – $71,000**
