As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated healthcare locations, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, assisting with access control, responding to alarms, and offering exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.

+ Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise within the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address questions, give directions, and provide assistance as needed.

+ Document incidents, observations, and any irregularities according to site requirements and Allied Universal protocols.

+ Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with site personnel and first responders as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
