What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure retail environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.

+ Help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas by maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

+ Observe and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, or hazardous conditions to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits as required by site-specific procedures.

+ Support the enforcement of property rules and regulations to help maintain order within the location.

+ Collaborate with retail staff and/or management to address security-related concerns and provide assistance during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
