As a **Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol Full-Time** in **Los Angeles, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and property staff. You will conduct regular patrols throughout the property, remain visible to help deter potential security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at commercial real estate locations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Observe and report any unusual activities, hazards, or property damage to the appropriate personnel promptly.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required.

+ Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of building regulations and/or site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least six months of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
