Rev Cycle Performance Analyst

Design and conduct operational studies utilizing data collection and statistical analysis. Perform data analysis with appropriate analytic methodologies in order to present data or reports in a meaningful fashion. Work collaboratively with support teams and leadership serving as a liaison between Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) and internal customers assisting in the development of business reports Formulate recommendations to further refine initiatives based on current operational and revenue cycle data analysis. Provide periodic (quarterly monthly weekly) reports to departments and leadership. Serve as technical support to leadership in project management and other organizational projects.
Demonstrate technical and analytical skills to assist with Revenue Cycle Operations initiatives.
Facilitate project management to accomplish Revenue Cycle Operations projects.
Steward data availability and integration into the performance of the organization.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor Degree required.
Experience: 3 years Revenue Cycle experience with Bachelor Degree, five years Revenue Cycle experience in lieu of Bachelor degree required.
Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
Position Compensation Range: $22.84 - $45.68 Hourly
