As a **Security Professional - Financial Patrol Specialist** in **South Richmond Hill, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer within a prominent financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by performing security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols.

+ Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to observe for unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.

+ Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established protocols and utilizing problem-solving skills.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas of the financial institution to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other security-related incidents.

+ Complete required reports and documentation related to patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a security-related presence and uphold site policies.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining communication with supervisors and/or local authorities as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must have prior supervisory experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
