What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor visitor and employee access to the location, verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Assist with the management of deliveries, packages, and incoming mail at the front desk area.

+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with emergency personnel and Allied Universal management.

+ Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and provide directions or information as needed to guests and tenants.

+ Maintain a professional presence and help to deter unwanted activity through attentive observation of the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
