As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Healthcare** in **Renton, WA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, helping to deter potential threats.

+ Document and report security-related incidents or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site standards.

+ Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

+ Support emergency preparedness and response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Interact professionally with staff, patients, and visitors, providing information and assistance as needed while representing Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
