As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling logistics and distribution locations to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report on any unusual or suspicious behaviors, hazards, or incidents encountered while on patrol.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site staff, and/or visitors as needed to support security-related operations.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

+ Assist in controlling access to designated areas and help to deter unauthorized access within the logistics and distribution environment.

+ Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
