What You'll Do:

+ Control access to the location by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises, helping to maintain authorized entry.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized activities or breaches.

+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and guiding them through security-related procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for any unusual or prohibited activities.

+ Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to post instructions and Allied Universal standards.

+ Support emergency response activities as needed, including following evacuation and lockdown procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
