    Our client, a leading organization in data center operations, is seeking a Critical Environment Technician to join their team. As a Critical Environment Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance supporting the Data Center Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and operational excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Critical Environment Technician

     

    Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin

    7-8 Month Contract (6 weeks remote training, 6 months onsite)

    **Pay Range:** $24

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Monitor and inspect critical electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

    + Perform routine, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks following established procedures.

    + Support emergency response efforts by following safety protocols and operational procedures.

    + Utilize CMMS tools to log activities, complete work orders, and track equipment performance.

    + Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure compliance and safety in restricted areas.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + At least 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, controls, or data center operations.

    + Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for remote training.

    + Willingness to work a full-time 40-hour schedule, including on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays.
