• **Pay:** $32.92/hr during training (1st Shift) → $33.42/hr after training (2nd Shift)
• **Schedule:** 2nd Shift (9PM–6AM) | 4–8 weeks of paid training on 1st Shift (6AM–6PM)
• **Job Type:** Onsite | Full-time | Contract (with potential for full-time hire)
Are you a **hands-on problem solver** who loves keeping equipment running at peak performance?
We’re looking for a **Maintenance Technician Level II** to join a leading manufacturing team in **Indianapolis, IN** .
In this role, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and work with a skilled team to keep production running smoothly and safely.
•** **What You’ll Do
+ Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
+ Work with other technicians and vendors to coordinate and complete repairs.
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts inventory, and documentation.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a safe, organized work area.
•️** **What You’ll Bring
+ 2+ years of maintenance experience **or** a technical degree.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills in **manufacturing environments** .
+ Experience with **Allen Bradley PLCs, Frequency Drives, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Servo Motors, NH3 Refrigeration, Boilers, and HVAC systems.**
+ Ability to read and interpret **blueprints, schematics, and manuals.**
+ Experience in **food manufacturing** or **sanitary design** is a plus.
+ Familiarity with **Six Sigma / 5S** is preferred.
