Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility services, is seeking a Mission Control Associate to join their team. As a Mission Control Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Mission Control Associate

**Location:** Foster City, CA

**Pay Range:** 29/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center

+ Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists

+ Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operation within your market

+ Be the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting

+ Create and escalate service disruption events via internal ticketing systems

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proactive mindset and resourcefulness

+ Computer literacy proficiency

+ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

+ Ability to comply with company policies and safety standards
